Destiny Homes is licensed by the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia (license n. MM2H 0233) to promote the country as a choice destination for vacation home buyers and to process application for the ‘Malaysia My Second Home’ (MM2H) program which is a governmental initiative to issue 10-year visas to foreigner property buyers.

We achieve the best service quality by working closely with reputable property developers, selected logistics companies, legal firms, financial service providers and the government.

Our team is headed by Ms. Vivien Ow, who has 9 years of experience in cross-cultural marketing, event organizing and government-business relations and Mr Lo’ai Nasseraldden, an entrepreneur with a record of stellar performance in the education and tourism industries in Malaysia. We recently gained a new partner in Mr Ahmed Dawod who will soon launch our new line of property marketing services.
